Cycle 4 Week 1

Hey guys,

 

Made it through hell-week. Awesome job, there were some spicy wods in there. Hope you all enjoyed it. We are starting up a new cycle now, and there will be two new movements. The Sumo Deadlift, which is a great overall strength builder, but especially good for midline stability. We are also going to begin working with the split-jerk. Also, we have had a lot of new members sign up, so be sure to make them feel welcome and part of the family!!
