Hell Week is upon us. Upon my departure I was given a thoughtful gift called "The Social Guidebook to Norway". One section was called Suffering and Pain, and it said that Norwegian people enjoy physical pain, so I figured we'd test that theory with this Hell Week. There are some 1 rep maxes to test out, as well as some spicy wods. I have also stolen some "tester wods" from some of my favourite programmers.
So how to approach Hell Week?
First off all the days look fun, and as a crazy crossfitter you probably will want to hit all of them, but unfortunately I was advise you not to do so.
The amount of volume presented this week is LOTS, so for the average person completing all of these wods with no rest days would likely leed to overtraining. So, pick 3 to 4 of the days you'd like to hit, and rest up.
