Minute 2 – KB deadlift (use 2 KB if possible) x 8 reps

Minute 3 – Alternating Reverse Lunge x 14 reps

Minute 4 - Rest

 

12  min Amrap

 

60 meter Farmers Walk

6 Burpees

6 Ring Rows

6 Boxjump

6 Leg raise/Situps

8-10 KB Thrusters
